All you need to do is connect a few simple snaps or some Velcro to ensure that the graphics and text show correctly. The unique design of a pop up unit can be an advantage as well. Pop ups are made of a frame with fabric or fabric-like material stretched across it, which allows for a lot of flexibility in design and shape. Unlike most conventional exhibits, these can be curved or even rounded with ease.

For many companies, the ultimate decision rests on how much funding they have for conventions at the moment. Although there are many advantages to a pop up unit, table top exhibits are almost always cheaper. Many decide to blend both and choose a po pup that sits on a table. If money is not an issue for your company, the best idea is usually to try out a pop unit and see how it works for you. If you like the design and you get positive feedback from your visitors, it’s a good investment and might lead to more purchases in the future. If not, you can go back to your old booth with no problems.
